Paul King
My job is to understand what’s actually at stake for my client — not just legally, but practically and financially. When I know that, I can build a strategy that’s not only sound on paper but genuinely serves their interests in the real world.”
Paul King’s practice spans federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate levels, in jurisdictions across the United States. He has also represented clients in arbitrations, mediations, and a range of other alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
Paul’s litigation work covers complex and high-stakes matters, including breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, fraud, bankruptcy, privacy, employment, and intellectual property disputes. He brings additional depth in First Amendment law — an area that increasingly intersects with the evolving legal landscape his clients navigate.
Before law school, Paul earned his CPA license and worked as a financial and compliance analyst at a major bank — a background that gives him a distinct advantage when cases turn on financial records, damages calculations, or the kind of forensic detail that can make or break a complex dispute. Clients benefit from an attorney who doesn’t just understand the law, but can read a balance sheet, follow the money, and communicate financial complexity clearly to judges and juries.
